POSITIVE IMPACT

We help change the appearance of an entire neighborhood by transforming tired, outdated buildings—and even vacant or abandoned lots—into beautiful structures that are both useful and attractive.

These development projects also often supply a needed infrastructure or service in communities while creating jobs and generating tax revenue which goes toward improving other aspects like schools and public safety beyond just the aesthetic improvements we bring to an area.

GIVING BACK

Volta employees are active volunteers, board members, and contributors to a wide variety of charitable organizations. We encourage our employees to take some time out of their busy schedules to volunteer for causes they're passionate about. From pulling weeds to babysitting for foster parents to serving on boards, volunteering is a great way for us to connect with our community and make a difference.

However big or small we as a firm or our employees are contributing, we are committed to making a difference.
