While we prefer to wholly own our projects we have worked with partners and have made minority investments in promising properties. Similarly, while we prefer to invest as direct equity investors, we have also provided financings in the form of bridge and mezzanine debt, and preferred equity. We pride ourselves on being intellectually curious and discovering emerging trends before the crowd.
