We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts for our self-storage business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue, occupancy, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate must have experience in digital marketing and be able to develop effective offline and guerilla marketing campaigns. Experience in the self-storage industry is preferred, but hospitality marketing experience will also be considered given the similarities in revenue and occupancy management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase revenue, occupancy, and brand awareness
Create and manage a marketing budget to achieve desired goals
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing
Develop and execute effective offline and guerilla marketing campaigns

We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our investment team. You will be responsible for due diligence, underwriting, and financial modeling for our real estate investment activities and acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
source new acquisition and development opportunities through contacts, brokers, listing services, etc.
fundamental investment and feasibility analysis of potential real estate acquisitions
oversee due diligence process through closing of deals
sourcing debt and/or strategic partners for real estate acquisitions
review and evaluate performance of investments and holdings

The Self Storage Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of a self-storage facility. They ensure the facility is well-maintained, secure, and provides exceptional customer service. The Facility Manager oversees day-to-day operations, tenant relations, facility marketing, and financial performance to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
1) Facility Operations:
• Manage all aspects of facility operations, including facility maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility meets safety and quality standards.
• Light maintenance property-wide and coordination of repairs
• Accurate record keeping of inventory, customer records and tenant information
2) Customer Service
• Provide superior customer service to existing and potential tenants
• Prompt response to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address tenant concerns professionally
