STAGE TWO

We make a preliminary offer

Within 7-10 days we will put together a preliminary offer, along with any material contingencies and diligence conditions we need to address before closing. Most of the time our offers will be cash offers upfront.

STAGE THREE

We Get a Deal Done

After 30-60 days of standard legal, financial, and operational due diligence, we should be ready to close. We are flexible on structure to suit your needs as a seller, and rarely ever need a financing condition as part of our ability to close.
